We come to you. Inspect the space, understand your brief, and give you honest feedback on what's achievable — before you sign anything.

Budget Issued
You get a clear budget based on the site and your brief. Real numbers you can plan around and use to negotiate your lease.

Design & Lump Sum Quote
Design is finalised and you receive a fixed lump sum quote — no surprises mid-build.

Approvals
We manage the approvals process — CDC, council, strata, or landlord sign-off. Handled in parallel with design wherever possible.

Fitout Works
We build. You open on time.

Most builders offer 6 months. We do a full 12 months. If something isn't right, we fix it — no questions asked.

This is the minimum we'd recommend to deliver a space that looks good and functions properly. Your customer experience is dictated by your fitout — and we'll always be upfront with you about what's achievable at your budget before you commit to anything.
